Gosh, look at all the new reports that can be written by new administrators on the kids that will be assessed! Then they can have meetings and set up programs and baby students until they forget they're in school. Then more reports will need to be written to berate taxpayers into paying for even more programs!

So many opportunities for the schools and the state to NOT teach. It's a big distraction from educational failure.
