I have been following your story since last year when I first heard about it. As a Texas teacher this is so foreign to me that anyone would advocate for this, especially those in the educational sphere. Praying your hard work sees fruit this time!

I cant imagine in the world we live today where this would actually be opposed by anyone let alone the teachers unions! It is definitely an eye opener and should be a call to action from all parental organizations to get involved and demand more say in what is being taught and what is going on the locations we show unrestrained trust with our most important task in our lives, teaching our children. Understand I did not say raising our children, those rights are to be held by parents and parents only! The teachers unions and the far left have gone too far, and now act as though they have the right to direct parents on the path their children should be on in life! To the teachers and the unions I say, Teach the educational scopes to the children, leave the parenting to the parents. Be careful getting between a parent and their child!

I wonder if there is a connection between MA and RI having so many boarding schools full of teens 14 -18, and their lax laws that allow sex between teachers and teens. A graduate of one, I knew I would never send my own children into a situation where they are so vulnerable. It was going on back then, and I am sure it is going on still. The schools go to great lengths to hide it. Recent focus on pushing "sex and gender ed" into all schools is a wonderful smokescreen for predators. Good luck, I hope the laws will get changed.
